Software License Agreement

1. License Grant

By purchasing and installing Kardex Tauro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software for personal or commercial purposes, depending on the type of license acquired.

2. Usage Restrictions

You are not authorized to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software.
• Sell, rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software.
• Remove or alter any intellectual property notices or trademarks.

3. Intellectual Property

Kardex Tauro and all its components, including but not limited to source code, databases, graphical interfaces, and documentation, are the exclusive property of the developers and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

4. Updates and Support

Software updates may be subject to additional terms. Technical support will be provided through the official channels indicated on the website or within the application. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the support service.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors be liable for claims, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

6. Termination

This license shall remain in effect until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this license. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.
