Uniforms, helmets, tools and protective equipment belong to you, but they live in your employees' hands. Without control, they 'get lost', get over-ordered, and nobody is accountable. Kardex Tauro gives you visibility back through the Loans and Consignments module.
Every time you hand an item to a collaborator, you create a Loan or Consignment: you state the consignee (the employee), who delivers, and the loaned products. The system deducts the inventory stock, but the goods remain company property and stay linked to the worker. If the product uses serials, the number is tied to the loan and must match on return.
When the employee returns the gear, you use the Reinstate button: the units go back to inventory and the document moves to Partial or Finalized state as appropriate. That way you always know how many helmets are on loan, to whom, and how many are still in the warehouse.
The shift is cultural: what you handed out no longer vanishes over the horizon. There is a document, a responsible person and a way back. That cuts unnecessary reorders and, in sectors where gear is expensive, directly protects your margin.
