Build combos and assembled products without stock errors

If your business sells combos, gift packs or products you manufacture yourself, the risk is deducting components wrong and ending up with a lying inventory. Kardex Tauro solves this with the Kits - BOM (Bill of Materials) window. There you define the 'recipe' of a composed product. For example, a 'Breakfast' combo can be made of a coffee bag, a milk carton and a cookie pack, each with its quantity. There are two behaviors depending on the product type. The Kit/Combo type is strict: to sell it, the system requires ALL its components to be in stock, and on sale it automatically deducts from each one. If one cookie is missing, the combo does not sell. That avoids promising what you do not have. The Production Line type is a theoretical guide: it is for bakeries and workshops that manufacture. It does not block the sale if material is missing, but it tells you how much you should spend and generates real vs theoretical consumption reports. That way you understand the real cost of each loaf. The result is fine control: you sell combos without surprises, and when you manufacture, you know what each unit costs. Fewer errors, fewer hidden leftovers and prices that reflect reality.
