In a small supermarket, the sale is the moment you win or lose. A poorly recorded sale is not just less revenue: it is a hole in inventory and in the till. Kardex Tauro closes that moment with the Sales Invoice window.
When you finalize an invoice, the system automatically deducts the stock and generates the Kardex entry as merchandise out. If the payment is partial or on credit, it creates the receivable from the customer automatically. And if the product uses serials, the number is tied to the sale: if there is a claim, you know exactly which unit went out.
Control does not end at the invoice. The Cash module records every cash movement: cash sales come in on their own, payments to receivables do too, and you can create manual inflows or outflows (expenses, withdrawals). The key point: a movement cannot be deleted, only corrected with a contrary one. That keeps the money traceable.
The result is a business where every sale lowers stock, every collection enters the till and every figure has its origin. Fewer cash differences, less 'where did the money go', and a daily close that finally balances.
