• Close by parts: instead of counting everything at once, audit only a few categories per week using the Counts and Adjustments module.
• Compare and detect: the system compares your physical count with the book and automatically flags the differences.
• Justify the shrinkage: each adjustment is recorded with a cause (deterioration, theft, error) leaving a trail in the Stock ledger.
