Free valued inventory card (kardex): weighted average, FIFO and LIFO

Load your warehouse movements (receipts and issues) and choose how to value them: weighted average, the method required by SUNAT in Peru, FIFO or LIFO. The stock and valuation card builds itself: every row with its balance, the cost of goods issued and the closing inventory value. You can type the movements one by one or paste the rows straight from Excel, and take the result as PDF, PNG, CSV (for Excel) or printed. Everything happens in your browser: no sign-up and nothing sent anywhere.

How to use it

1. Fill in the item (code, name and unit), its opening stock with its cost and the costing method.
2. Load the movements: one by one with «Add movement» or by pasting the rows copied from Excel with «Paste from Excel».
3. See the result instantly: the card with receipts, issues and balance columns, plus the summary with the cost of goods issued and the closing inventory.
4. Switch methods whenever you like: the same card with weighted average, FIFO or LIFO, and all three balance to the cent.
5. Download the PDF (as many pages as needed), the PNG, the CSV for Excel or print it on landscape A4.

What it solves

• The three costing methods on the same movements, to compare the effect on the cost and on the closing inventory.
• Pasting from Excel: nothing has to be retyped — date, type, quantity, cost, document and detail are read.
• The card paginates itself: with many movements it spreads the rows over several sheets, each with its «Brought forward» row and its footer.
• The CSV opens in Excel with the columns separated, ready for your records.
• The balance is declared: if rounding leaves a one-cent difference, the card says so instead of hiding it.
• It saves itself in the browser: close the tab and pick up where you left off.
