Free stock issue slip: make your warehouse slip as PDF, PNG or printed
Build the stock issue slip (or material requisition) and take it away ready to sign. Every line carries the code, the description, the unit and what was requested and what is actually issued, which is not always the same: the slip shows it as it is. If you type the unit value the document works out the total; if you leave it empty it comes out without amounts, like a plain warehouse slip. It ends with the four signatures —requested, authorised, issued and received— and saves itself in your browser.
How to use it
- Fill in the issuing company, the slip number and the date.
- Write who requests it, from which area, who authorises it and where the material is going.
- Add the material: code, description, unit, quantity requested and quantity issued (leave issued empty and it means everything requested is handed over).
- If you want amounts, type the unit value: the document adds up the total. If not, the slip comes out with no money columns.
- Write the notes, download the PDF (several sheets if there are many lines), the PNG, or print it on A4.
