Seven free utilities for the everyday work of a small business: value your stock, invoice, take payment, issue material, record a cash payout, label products and work out a tax. They all run in your browser: no sign-up, nothing sent to any server and no watermark. Each one downloads the document as a PDF with selectable text, as a PNG image or sends it straight to the printer.
The seven tools
Stock and valuation card with weighted average, FIFO or LIFO, paste from Excel and output as PDF, PNG or CSV.
Invoice with customer, seller, several products and their taxes, as PDF, PNG or printed.
Receipt with who pays, who receives and the amount written in words, on A4 or a half sheet.
Material going out with what was requested and what was issued, plus the four signatures.
Cash payout voucher with lines, total and the amount in words.
Product labels with barcode or QR code, with templates and image download.
Work out the net amount or add the tax, with several taxes and cascading.
How they work
- Pick the tool and fill in the form: the document builds itself on the right as you type.
- Change the currency, the decimals and the sheet size whenever you need to.
- Download the PDF (several sheets if the document is long), the PNG at the quality you want, or print.
- Your data stays on your computer, so when you come back the document is just as you left it.
The tools are part of the free utilities of Kardex Tauro, the inventory and invoicing system for small businesses. If your warehouse is asking for more than a stock card, that is where it lives.
