Free cash count: balance your till at the end of the shift as PDF, PNG or printed

At the end of the shift, count what is in the till and check whether it balances. Write how many notes and coins you have of each denomination and the counted total adds itself up; then enter the opening float and the income and outgoings of the shift. The count works out what should be in the till, compares it with what you counted and tells you the difference: balances, short or over. Download it as a PDF with selectable text, as a PNG image or send it to the printer, and everything stays in your browser.

How to use it

Fill in the company or store, the count number, the date, the till or shift and who is doing it.
Write how many notes and coins you have of each denomination: the subtotal and the counted total work themselves out.
Add the opening float the till started with and the income (sales, collections) and outgoings (payments, withdrawals) of the shift.
Look at the balance banner: it tells you straight away whether it balances, how much is missing or how much is over.
Download the PDF, the PNG or print it on A4. The sheet carries the balance summary and the four signatures.
