Free purchase order: make your order to the supplier as PDF, PNG or printed

Order the material from your supplier with a proper purchase order: the buying company, the supplier with their ID and address, the payment and delivery terms, and the lines with code, quantity and unit value. The order adds up the subtotal, applies the tax you enter (leave it empty and it does not show) and gives you the total. It ends with the four signatures, including the supplier's acknowledgement, and downloads as a PDF with selectable text, as PNG or straight to the printer.

How to use it

1. Fill in your company, the order number and the date.
2. Write the supplier with their ID, address and a contact, plus the terms: payment method, lead time and delivery place.
3. Add the material line by line with its quantity and unit value; each line's amount and the subtotal work themselves out.
4. Enter the tax (18 for VAT, or whatever applies): the order works out the tax and the total. Leave it empty if there is none.
5. Download the PDF (several sheets if there is a lot of material), the PNG, or print it on A4 to send to the supplier.

What it solves

• Supplier, payment terms, lead time and delivery place, all in the order header.
• Lines with code, unit, quantity and unit value: the amount and the subtotal are worked out as you type.
• Configurable tax on the total: put 18 for VAT and the order works it out. With no tax, the order comes out without that line.
• Automatic multiple sheets with the header repeated when the order is long.
• The four signatures, including the supplier's acknowledgement, so the order doubles as a receipt.
• All in the browser: no sign-up, nothing sent anywhere and the data stored on your computer.
