Free credit note: cancel, return or adjust a sale as PDF, PNG or printed

When a sale is cancelled, goods come back or the price has to be adjusted, a credit note is issued. Fill in the customer, the document you are correcting (type, number and date) and the reason —cancellation, return, discount, correction of the description…—, add the lines being returned or adjusted and the note works out the total credited with its tax. It comes out as a PDF with selectable text, as PNG or straight to the printer, with the four signatures, the customer's included.

How to use it

1. Fill in your company, the note number and the date.
2. Write the customer and the document being corrected: its type (invoice, ticket, receipt…), its number and its date.
3. Pick the reason from the list and, if you like, spell it out: that is what makes the note valid on review.
4. Add the lines being returned or adjusted with their quantity and unit value; the subtotal, the tax and the total credited work themselves out.
5. Download the PDF (several sheets if there is a lot of material), the PNG, or print it on A4 and have the customer sign it.
