Free delivery note: make your goods transfer note as PDF, PNG or printed

When the goods leave the warehouse —a sale, a transfer between sites, a return or a consignment— they have to travel with their delivery note. Fill in the consignee, the departure and arrival points, the reason and the transport (carrier, plate and driver), add the goods with their quantity and weight and the note works out the total weight. It comes out as a PDF with selectable text, as PNG or straight to the printer, with the delivery and receipt signatures.

How to use it

1. Fill in your company, the note number and the date.
2. Write the consignee, the departure and arrival points, and pick the reason for the transfer.
3. Note the document supporting it (invoice, ticket or order) and the transport details: carrier, plate and driver.
4. Add the goods with their quantity and unit weight; the note adds up the total weight and counts the packages.
5. Download the PDF (several sheets if there is a lot), the PNG, or print it on A4 and collect the signatures of the sender, the carrier and the receiver.
